My wife and I have booked several fishing trips through Burnt Pine Travel. The services provided by Burnt Pine Travel have been exemplary with detailed written agendas and coordinated air and ground travel. The destinations have always been first rate, with some truly world class, such as golden dorado fishing on the Uruguay River at La Zona, Concordia, Argentina. Both my wife and I have caught golden Dorado in excess of 50 pounds. Sea-run brown trout (some 20+ lbs.) fishing in Tierra del Fuego, rainbow and brown trout fishing at Estancia Tipiliuke, Patagonia, and northern pike, walleye and small mouth bass fishing in Shikag Lake, Canada, all have all been outstanding venues. My hunting experience booked with Chuck Larsen and Sentinel Safaris was a very productive and a most enjoyable hunt. I will remember it for a lifetime. Everything went very smoothly staying in exceptional facilities. The Camp was beautiful and sleeping quarters were the best, bar none. The staff was just great and the food was also very good. I felt safe and secure while at the hunting camp, which has beauty beyond belief. The PH and trackers were outstanding and everything I shot was fair chase, which to me means a great hunt. This is a great place to hunt and I was very successful in harvesting many game animals of which 95% made the record books. I guess the ultimate question always is "would you go back?" and my answer is "in a Heartbeat". The flight over goes very quickly and the time at the Camp passes very fast even with long hunting days. It is an experience everyone who hunts should do at least once in a lifetime.

Through high school, I was a very active hunter and fisherman. For almost thirty years after leaving for college, moving to "the big city" and eventually starting my own business, I did almost no hunting and fishing. In mid 1991, I met Chuck Larsen who asked if I might want to join him and a few others to enjoy some Canadian fishing. And so began an eighteen year all over the world continuing saga of at least two fishing trips and two hunting trips each year. In the process, wonderful friendships have been established along with unimaginable lifetime experiences which have literally changed my life.
